Fulfillment of Urgent Hajj Obligations – ConsultSyariah.com

Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdullah as-Sabil

All praise is due to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, the Owner of gifts and the Giver of pleasure. He bestowed great favors on His servants and ordered them to perform the Hajj pilgrimage to the Baitul Haram.

I convey my prayers and greetings to the leader of all mankind, Muhammad bin Abdullah, and to his family, friends, and those who follow in his footsteps as best as possible.

But already:

Imam Ahmad and Ibn Majah narrated from Abdullah bin Abbas Radhiyallahu ‘anhuma that Rasulullah SAW said:

Anyone who wants to perform the Hajj should hurry, because the sick may fall ill, women traveling may get lost, and needs may arise.

“Whoever wants to perform Hajj should hasten it, because in fact someone could fall ill, their animal could be lost, and various needs might arise.”

Said bin Mansur narrated As-Sunan And Al-Baihaqi from Al-Hasan that Umar bin Khattab Radhiyallahu ‘anhu once said: “I am determined to send several people to these countries, to look for everyone who has the ability but has not made the Hajj, then they will oblige them to pay the jizyah, because they are not Muslims, they are not Muslims!”

These stories show how important it is to immediately fulfill the obligation of Hajj, a worship that includes the most important and noble observances. In fact, some scholars argue with these narrations and other narrations about the obligation to immediately perform the Hajj, and that a Muslim should not delay if he is able to perform the Hajj and has never fulfilled this pillar of Islam. It is obligatory for him to try to fulfill his Hajj pilgrimage, it cannot be postponed without a valid reason.

These arguments are also arguments that recommend immediately carrying out the Hajj pilgrimage in general and the Hajj pilgrimage in particular, because often not everyone is able to carry out the Hajj pilgrimage, which is different from other forms of worship, both those that require physical effort, such as prayer and fasting, or those that require the use of wealth, such as zakat, alms, and so on.

For this reason, it is mandatory to immediately fulfill this noble obligation and worship, as shown by the arguments, as well as the practice of the words of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala:

And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and paradise as wide as the heavens and the earth prepared for the pious.

“And hasten to obtain forgiveness from your Lord and a paradise as wide as the heavens and the earth prepared for those who are pious.” (QS. Ali Imran: 133).

You must be careful of those who try to hinder obedience, prevent others from following the path of goodness that leads to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, because the majority of humans are divided into two types, humans who are the keys to opening goodness and closing evil. And for other types, humans who are the keys to opening evil and covering good, we seek refuge in Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala from being included in their group.

People who stand in the way of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and obey Him and carry out His commandments, they are the type of people who are the key to opening evil and closing evil. When the Hajj season arrives, there are many people who spread jargon that prevents people from performing the Hajj pilgrimage to the House of Allah, as if they were paid for the advertisements they spread against goodness, against the worship ordered by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and recommended by Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalam.

Satan and his army move their tongues with speech dictated by their desires and Satan, scaring others from making the journey to Baitullah. They said: “There are so many pilgrims, it will be very crowded. Meanwhile, in the future there is still time, next year or after.”

In essence, this is a dampening of enthusiasm and a gust of doubt from Satan, and the mobilization of troops from among humans. If they pay attention to the words of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala:

O you who believe, be patient and steadfast, and be steadfast and devoted to Allah so that you may succeed.

“O you who believe! Be patient and strengthen your patience and be prepared (at the borders of your country) and fear Allah so that you will be successful.” (QS. Ali Imran: 200).

Also in other verses, surely those who are melted by these temptations will know that it is all just persuasion and weakening from Satan. Because faith is not just decoration and wishful thinking, but what is firmly embedded in the heart and proven by good deeds.

When a believer hears or reads the words of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala:

And it is Allah’s obligation upon humans to perform the pilgrimage to the House of Allah, whoever is able to make way for him, and whoever disbelieves, then indeed Allah is Sufficient in all the worlds.

“There are clear signs, (including) the station of Ibrahim. Whoever enters it (Baitullah), will be safe. (QS. Ali Imran: 97).

Also the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala:

And announce the Hajj among people. They will come to you on foot, and at every resting place, they will come from every deep valley, that they may witness benefits for themselves and mention the name of the Lord on certain days. Information about what He gave them from livestock, so eat from it and feed the needy and the poor. And let them surround the Ancient House. *Meaning, and whoever upholds the sacred objects of Allah, then it is better for him in the sight of his Lord, and cattle are permitted to you, except what is recited to you. So avoid abominations towards idols and avoid speaking lies.

“And call on people to perform the Hajj, they will come to you on foot, or riding on every thin camel, they come from all corners. So that they witness the various benefits for them and so that they mention the name of Allah on certain days that have been determined by the sustenance that He has given them in the form of livestock. surround the old house (Baitullah). And whoever glorifies what is noble in the sight of Allah (hurumatullah), then it is better for him in the sight of his Lord. (QS. Al-Hajj : 27-30).

When a believer comprehends these noble verses, his heart will undoubtedly be filled with longing for Baitullah, wanting to immediately answer this noble call, as if he were seeing the pilgrims approaching him as described by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala: “Arriving at you on foot, or riding every thin camel, they come from all corners.” Imagine the arrival of people flocking to the Grand Mosque while chanting the sentences talbiyah, tahlil and takbir. Come to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala by raising their voices:

This is it oh my God, this is it, you don’t have a partner. You don’t have a partner. Indeed, praise and blessings are yours and your power. You don’t have a partner. Here he is.

“I fulfill Your call, O Allah, I fulfill Your call. I fulfill Your call, there is no partner for You, I fulfill Your call. Indeed, all praise, favors and kingdoms are Yours, there is no partner for You, I fulfill Your call.”

He was sad when they came to be guests of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala in the conditions described without his participation. He had to be left behind from the great event due to the doubts raised by those who whispered about it, the persuasion of those who tempted him, and the weakening of the hypocrites.

When the day of Arafah arrived, when the Hajj pilgrims performed waqf in that great place, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala lamented to His angels: “O My angels, look at My servants. If this moment is remembered by a person who missed the Hajj for no reason even though he was able and all the possibilities for performing the Hajj had been fulfilled by him, then his regret will be greater. He feels a great loss if he missed this great event, some of them returned home after being freed from hell, fulfilled his prayers, and returned home as free from all sin as when their mother was born.

Imam Al-Bukhari and Muslim Rahimahumallahu Ta’ala narrated from Abu Hurairah Radhiyallahu ‘anhu that Rasulullah SAW said:

Whoever performs the Hajj and does not commit obscene acts or commit sins, his sins will be forgiven as on the day his mother gave birth to him.

“Whoever performs the Hajj and does not speak dirty words and does not commit immorality, then he is free from his sins as on the day he was born to his mother.” (HR. Al-Bukhari and Muslim).

In the Sahih Al-Bukhari and Muslim It was also narrated from Abu Hurairah Radhiyallahu ‘anhu that the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalam was once asked: “What is the most important practice?” He, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Believe in God and His Messenger.” He was asked again: “Then what?” He answered: “Jihad in the way of Allah.” He was asked again: “Then what?” He replied: “Successful Hajj.” (HR. Al-Bukhari and Muslim).

Also narrated in authentic Al-Bukhari and Muslim from Abu Hurairah Radiyallahu ‘anhu that the Prophet Muhammad SAW said:

Umrah to Umrah is atonement for sins between the two, and the Hajj that is accepted has no reward except heaven.

“The umrah pilgrimage to the next umrah is an atonement for the sins between them, and a hajj pilgrimage that is mabrur has no reward for him except heaven.” (HR. Al-Bukhari and Muslim).

O Muslims! Immediately do good deeds, while you are still able, capable, healthy and alive, because you don’t know when you will lose one of these things. If you lose one of them, you will regret your negligence, procrastination and procrastination. When you know that lust always leads to evil and it is difficult to practice obedience, then you have to fight your lust and be patient in practicing obedience. Therefore Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala says:

And those who strive against Us, We will guide them to Our path. Indeed, Allah is with those who do good.

“And those who try (seek) Our pleasure, We will surely show them Our paths. And indeed Allah is truly with those who do good.” (QS. Al-Ankabut: 69).

Jihad against lust to carry out obedience and be patient in leaving disobedience is the reason for guidance towards the best path, the path that leads to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and His pleasure.

O Allah, guide us to Your straight path, and make us among Your servants who do good.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
