Tebuireng.online- The Mahasantri Senate (SEMA) and the Mahasantri Executive Council (DEMA) Ma’had Aly Hasyim Asy’ari Tebuireng held Basic Student Leadership Training (LDKM), Friday (25/4/2026). The activity which took place in the 2nd Floor Hall of Ma’had Aly Hasyim Asy’ari was the first step in preparing the management in carrying out the organization’s mandate for the next period.
A total of 50 administrators participated in this series of training enthusiastically. The committee presented three main materials as the foundation for leadership, namely critical thinking (critical thinking) delivered by Dr. Ahmad Ubaidi Hasbillah, MA, SWOT analysis by the President of DEMA for the 2023-2024 period M. Farhan Syahputra, S.Ag., as well as material on leadership and political triad by HM Rizky Syahrul Ramadhan, SH, M.Ag.
These three materials are designed to equip administrators to understand leadership patterns, organizational strategies and institutional responsibilities more thoroughly.
The President of DEMA Ma’had Aly Hasyim Asy’ari, Veri Ardiansyah, explained that LDKM is a very crucial initial provision for all administrators. The implementation of the LDKM was deliberately carried out before the Working Meeting (Raker) agenda so that all administrators had the same basis for thinking.
“This LDKM was held as initial preparation so that administrators have a thorough understanding of their respective leadership and responsibilities before preparing a work program,” said Veri.

Through this activity, administrators are expected to be able to internalize and apply the material obtained into organizational activities optimally. This aims to create management that is effective, professional and oriented towards the progress of the institution.
At the end of the session, Veri emphasized that the success of LDKM is not measured from theoretical understanding alone, but rather on real implementation in running the organization.
“I hope that all the material presented today can be put into practice in managing SEMA and DEMA over the next period, so that the organization can run more solidly and provide great benefits for students,” he concluded.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
