Pairing is one of the nature of humanity, in Islam is governed in terms of marriage. In marriage, there is a promise that is not only between the bride and groom but with Allah SWT, to the point that Allah himself said in the Koran to say that marriage is Mitsaqan Ghalidha (Big promise). This shows how great the male and female associations in religious bonds are religious.
Harmony in the household among husband and wife is the hope of every human being. However, this does not have to happen in reality in the field. There are several cases that cause the separation of these two people through divorce or divorce. The law of divorce in Islam is actually allowed, but not liked by Allah SWT. Imam Ibn Majah narrated the hadith from the Prophet Alaihi wasallam about divorce issues
Katheer bin Ubaid al -hamsi tells us Muhammad Ibn Khalid about the authority of Ubayd Allah Ibn Al -Walid al -Safi about the authority of the children of God’s solution, hopefully the prayer and peace of God is on it, the word, the word that hates the solution to God because of divorce God and peace is on Him, says the most to berada di atasnya, mengatakan, yang paling membenci solusi kepada Tuhan karena bercerai karena doa Tuhan ada pada -Nya, mengatakan, yang paling membenci solusi kepada Tuhan karena bercerai karena doa Tuhan ada di atasnya, mengatakan, yang paling membenci solusi kepada Tuhan karena bercerai karena doa Tuhan ada pada -Nya, mengatakan, yang paling membenci dari solusi kepada Tuhan karena bercerai karena doa Tuhan berada di atasnya, mengatakan, yang paling membenci dari solusi untuk Tuhan karena bercerai karena doa Tuhan berada di atasnya, mengatakan, yang paling membenci dari solusi untuk Tuhan karena divorce
Katsir bin Ubaid Al Himshi told us, Muhammad bin Khalid told us from Ubaidullah bin Al Washhafi from Muharib bin Ditsar from Abdullah bin Umar he said, “Rasulullah 1 It is said, “The halal thing that God hates is divorce.[1]
The above hadith is also narrated by Imam Abu Dawud No. 2178.

The purpose of a halal but hated case can be understood from the following information
(He hates the solution), which means that it is the highest and the sins of people from the people, and if it is his own
“Halal is the most hated” that is Allah SWT has set sin from him for the sake of human interest, although basically it is hated because it can break the relationship and cause hostility, and may cause both parties to fall into the illicit ones. Therefore, this is very popular with Satan. Then humans should avoid excessive in this matter and sufficiently suitable for needs. And Allah SWT knows better.[2]
So according to the above information it can be understood that divorce is halal (may), but the risk can cause hostility between two families or the fall of someone in immorality after divorce.
From the brief explanation above about divorce, a question arises whether this divorce is detrimental to the woman or not. In plain view, divorce or divorce only harms one party, namely women because they do not have the authority to talak but can only be limited to (sustainable) divorce but divorce decisions remain in men. But there are some divorce conditions that actually benefit women because there are several factors, the following explanation
- Ask for a divorce because there is no living
A wife has the right to sue for divorce if in a condition he does not get a living
If a man prevents his wife’s allowance for his difficulties and not what he spends, then that woman is a choice between patience with him and his separation
That a man if he does not provide a living to his wife because of difficulties and has nothing to give, then the woman has a choice between being patient with her or separating from him.[3]
- There is physical and verbal harassment
(And that), that is, the husband (divorce) to the husband (with danger), which is not permitted as a law like his journey, but that is necessary, and that is embarrassing. So, O Puppies, O Princess of Unbelievers
(And for his wife) is (entitled to ask for divorce) from the husband (because of painful treatment), namely things that are not allowed syar’i, such as ignoring it without a syar’i reason, hitting him, and insulting and denounced her and her father, for example: ‘O Dog Princess, O Putri Kafir, O Princess Cursed,’ who is often done by people who are not educated.[4]
Conditions like the example above allow women to ask for a divorce with her husband. In this situation it is certainly not aimed at harming women but trying to save him from adversity especially if there is a physical loss due to persecution, it is different when it comes to the problem of living (economy) the wife there is another choice by being patient with these conditions until there is a way out in the form of fortune from Allah SWT.
