Insan Bumi Mandiri and MAA International Distribute 100 Food Packs to Orphans in West Lombok

Bandung, 30 January 2026 – Insan Bumi Mandiri (IBM) opened the start of the year by distributing 100 food packs to 100 orphans in the West Lombok region, West Nusa Tenggara on 27 January 2026. This activity is supported by MAA International in providing support and fulfilling the nutritional needs of orphans.

This distribution also involved local volunteers, namely Mr. Iwan Suryadi, who went directly to the field to distribute basic necessities to orphans in West Lombok. The basic food packages distributed include rice, oil, milk and other basic commodities which have been adjusted to the needs of the beneficiaries.

“Seeing the children happy when they received food packages, I hope that these food packages can meet their daily needs. Hopefully this attention from outside will also increase their enthusiasm,” said Iwan Suryadi as a local volunteer in West Lombok, NTB.

During the activity, the children seemed enthusiastic about participating in the process of distributing aid. Several children also attended accompanied by their guardians to receive the food packages that had been prepared. This also helped the data collection process so that distribution was carried out regularly to ensure that aid was distributed according to the list of names that had been determined.

This program is the second distribution after similar distribution activities carried out in December 2025. The continuation of this program is a manifestation of IBM and MAA International’s commitment to providing support for vulnerable groups, especially orphans in areas with challenges in meeting basic needs.

“Thank God, this distribution activity can be carried out well again. We hope that this food pack can provide benefits and be an encouragement to children. God willing, IBM will try to provide support and reach more beneficiaries,” said Zulfa Faizah Musyahidah, Director of IBM.
