One Decade of Joint Action, Bumi Mandiri People Strengthen Their Role as Social Program Implementers

Bandung, 1 February 2026 – Entering a decade of age, Insan Bumi Mandiri (IBM) is marking a 10 year journey of social action in bridging goodness and presenting empowerment programs in various regions of Indonesia. For a decade, IBM has been involved in building religious facilities, providing access to clean water in the interior, providing health assistance to children and the elderly, as well as economic empowerment of local communities, including weaving mothers in NTT.

Throughout its journey, IBM has initiated more than 1,200 fundraising programs that reached 143,119 beneficiaries in 28 provinces of Indonesia. In addition to the humanitarian response program, IBM is also developing 8 strategic sustainable programs that focus on empowerment for community independence.

Entering its 10th year, IBM continues to develop its role as an implementer of social programs, especially in remote urban areas and remote areas. IBM is taking this moment to strengthen its position as an implementation partner for companies that focus on branding, publications and employee engagement through measurable and impactful social programs.

Carrying the theme IN ACT10N – A Decade of Collective Action, Between Kindness to Bring Independence, IBM designed a series of volunteer programs entitled Voluntara. This program is designed as a volunteering experience based on content creation and field storytelling, and is proof of IBM’s ability to manage and implement social programs in various regions.

The name Voluntara is a combination of the words Volunteer and Nusantara with the philosophy of the spirit of spreading the impact of goodness to all corners of the country. This program is a volunteer program that combines the values ​​of service and impactful narratives. This program is expected to provide direct experience in the field because it is designed as concrete material for developing employee activities and corporate CSR branding strategies.

Voluntara’s series of agendas will be held in two locations. Activities will include teaching children in rural areas, promoting clean water, distributing aid, financial literacy training, and psychosocial support and a spirit of sharing with children suffering from cancer and in orphanages.

In the future, IBM hopes that it can open up wider opportunities for collaboration to spread aid and kindness and build independence and equality with communities in various regions of Indonesia.
