It is true that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala did not create humans and jinn except to worship it alone, as he said:
ﭐﱡﭐ ﱣ ﱤ ﱥ ﱦ ﱨ ﱩ ﱩ ﱩ
“And I did not create jinn and humans unless they worship me. (QS. Adz-Dzariyat/51: 56)
Then to realize that worship is a medium that can explain the meaning and facts of worship desired by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, with his great wisdom, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala sent the Apostles to bring and convey his brochures and laws to Jinn and humans.
Among the perfection of Islam is the arrangement of pilgrimage to the House of Haram as one of the great teachings of Islam. Even pilgrimage is the fifth pillar of Islam and one of the media and media to unite, increase dedication and get heaven promised for people who are afraid.
Therefore Islam with the perfection of its sharia has established a complete and detailed procedure or method so that there is no need for addition and subtraction in the implementation of this worship. One of the most important parts of the pilgrimage is the ihram that must be done by everyone who performs the pilgrimage and umrâh, so it needs to be explained the procedures and laws about this.
Definition of ihram
The word ihram is taken from Al-Haram Arabic which means prohibited or prevented, named after ihram because someone with his intention to enter the pilgrimage or Umrah is prohibited from speaking and practicing certain things such as jima ‘, marriage, speaking dirty speeches and others.
From here the scholars define the ihram with one of the intentions of the two stabbed (ie Hajj and Umrah) or both simultaneously (see Muzakirat Lecture Umdah page 65 and Ash-Syarhul Al-Mumti‘6/67).
Thus it is clear that the misunderstanding of some Muslims that ihram is dressed with ihram cloth, because ihram is the intention to enter the pilgrimage or umrah. While dressed with ihram fabric is only a necessity for someone who has berihram.
Berihram Procedure
The Berihrâm procedure is:
1. Want to take a shower in front of ihram for men and women both in sacred or menstruation, as told by Jabir, he said:
We were destroyed by us, so we came to us. Ali and Peace are above him: how to make it? He said: Get up and take me in clothes, and my prohibition
“Then we went with him and when Dzul Hulaifah Asma Bint ‘Umais gave birth to Muhammad bin Abi Bakr, then he (Asma) sent (someone to meet) to the Prophet Sallallaahu’ Alaihi Wa Sallam (and said): ‘What should I do?’ So he sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam replied:’ Bathing and raising it (istitsfar is an attempt to prevent leaving the genitals of menstruation or tires about how to take the length of the fabric placed in the bloodstream and coated by non-dominant substances taken in the stomach). Muslim Syarah 8/404) and continue. “‘(Muslim SDM (2941) 8/404, Abu David no. 1905 and 1909, and Ibn Maja No.3074.)
If you do not get water then do not have cleaning due to cleaning, when you cannot use water then it is not possible because God mentions Tayamum in purification from Hadas.
2. It is recommended to use perfume during ihram as Aisha said:
I am the best of God’s messenger, hopefully God’s prayer and peace is on it, to forbid it when he is prohibited, and the solution is before he hovers.
“I put the Prophet Sallallaahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam Harum for his ihram before the pilgrimage and during the law before tawaf in the Ka’bah” (HR, Bukhari No.1539 and Muslim no. 1189).
And only permitted to the limbs and not on his ihram clothes because the Prophet Sallallaahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam said:
No, and they don’t wear anything from clothes, which are touched by two, or Persians
“Don’t wear clothes exposed to the Za’faran and Wars perfume.” (Muttafaqun alaih).
Wearing this perfume has two conditions:
- Wear before bathing and bending. This is agreed without problems.
- Wearing it after bathing and before the bend and perfume did not disappear, this was permitted by scholars except Imam Malik and those who agreed with their opinions.
The proposition of his income is the hadith aisha, he said:
God’s messenger, hopefully God’s prayer and peace is on him, is, when He wants to be prohibited, and he will be cursed by what he found. Then he saw and saw fat in his head and life, after that
“Prophet Sallallaahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam if he wanted to make a festive fragrance he got and then I saw the flash of oil in his head and laughter after that” (HR.Muslim No.2830).
And he said:
As if I saw the texture of the musk in the separation of God’s messenger, hopefully God’s prayer and peace is on it, and he is prohibited
“As if I will see the pain (Miska perfume) blinking in the head of the rasûlullâh sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam while he and the condition of ihrâm”. (HR. Muslim no. 2831).
Problem: If someone uses the fragrance on his body, namely in the head and beard, then the perfume drips or melts down, does this affect or not?
Answer: does not affect, because the transfer of the perfume by itself and is not moved, and also because it appears to the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam and his friends ignored that the perfume dripped because they used it in the allowable conditions (see Mumti ‘ 6/73-74).
So if the berihram (stranger) will burn and he has fragrant hair oil, then it will then wipe his head with both palms, if he does it then the oil will stick to both palms even if only a little, then should it be necessary to wear a glove when wiping his head?
Then this problem was answered by Shaykh Muhammad Shalih al-Utsaimin by saying: “No need, even it is excessive in religion and there is no argument. No need to rub his head with wood or leather, just he rubbed it with his palm because this is forgiven (Mumti Syaral ‘ 6/74).
- Wear two pieces of white cloth used as a veil and scarf, such as rasûlullah sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam:
And let one of you be prohibited in the wrapper, Rosar
“Must one of you go to the sarong and shawl and a pair of sandals.” (H. R Ahmad No 3488 And read by Ahmad Syakir and Syu’aib al-Arnauth)
And white priorities are based on the word of the Prophet Sallallaahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam:
And the best of your kindness is the past
“Your best clothes are white, so wear and your body is in it” (HR Ahmad 2478.
Ibn Taimiyah said in the book Manasik ,
As for women, they still wear women’s clothing that covers all her genitals, except the face and palms.
- Relax the bend after prayer. Like in the hadith of Ibn Umar in Sahih al-Bukhari that the Prophet Sallallaahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam said:
I came to the night, from my Lord, and he said: He prayed in this blessed valley
It came last night from the messenger from Rabbku and said: “Saline in Wadi was given and said: Umoran Fi Hajjatin.”
And Hadith: Jabir
Then he put a piece, when it was the same as the camel in the hands of the pilgrimage
Then the Prophet Sallallaahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam Salat at the mosque (dzulhulaifah) and then driving Al Qaswa’ (his name is camel) until he stood in Al-Baida ‘berihram for Hajj. (HR.Muslim).
So according to the Sunnah, what is more important and perfect is pilgrimage after the obligatory prayer, but if you do not get a compulsory prayer time then there are two opinions from scholars:
1. Stayed to pray for two rak’ahs and this is the opinion of Jumhur, man with the generality of Ibn Umar’s hadith:
He prayed in this valley
(Pray in Wadi)
2. There is no prayer two rak’ah and this is the opinion of the Islamic Shaykh Ibn Taimyah. As he said Farity Majom 26/108:
“Damn after the obligatory prayer or sunnah. If it was in the Tathawu era ‘according to one of his two opinions and the other if he was compulsory then the hereafter and if not then there was no special prayer and this was a good thing.”
And say inside Aoguino matter. 116: “Berihram after fardhu prayers if there is or sunnah (nafilah) because ihram does not have a special prayer for him.”
Thus there is no prayer two rak’ahs specifically for ihram.
- The intention to do one of the courtesy and to be spoken and allowed to choose one of the three namely Ifrad, Qiran and End ‘as Aisha said:
“We have come out with the messenger of God, hopefully God’s prayer and peace is on him that God will give him up and give him peace, but for those who have pilgrimage, or pilgrimage and Umrah gather, they are not resolved until the day of sacrifice of sacrifice
“We Went Out With The Prophet Sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam in the year of hajj wada’ and some who are Pilgrimage and some Pilgrims and Pilgrims and some are Pilgrimage, While Rasûlullâh Sallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Completion of the Pilgrimage and the Non -Halal pilgrimage (after his ihram) until he was on that day (on 10 Dzul Hijjah) “(Mutafaq alaih).
Then someone who jerk Ifrad said:
I’m a pilgrimage for your father, Oh my God, Hajj
And a benefit to Tamatu ‘says:
I have Umuh, I have your father, Oh my God, Umrah
And when Tarwiyah (8 Dzulhijah) states:
I’m a pilgrimage for your father, Oh my God, Hajj
And Sunnah based on Qiran states:
I have a pilgrimage and pilgrimage
Thus a Muslim has performed and after that he did and made a pilgrimage or pilgrimage until the end.
